Army recovered 13 mortars and more than 170 ammunition and bullets in Akhnoor, Jammu and Kashmir.
It is being told that work was going on on the roadside and as soon as the JCB started digging, they started finding ammunition, about which people informed the police.
The police conveyed this news to the army and the army came and defused the bomb.
It is being told that these bombs are from 1969 i.e. they are very old and if even one blast had occurred, the entire locality could have been destroyed.
The police is finding out who had kept these and whose conspiracy it was.
