Lalita Jha, one of the five accused in the Parliament attack, who was absconding, was also caught by Delhi Police yesterday.
Lalit Jha surrendered himself late yesterday night on 15th December 2023 at Dutvapath police station in Delhi.
Let me tell you that on 13 December 2023, the Parliament was attacked by 5 accused in which 2 were inside the Parliament and 2 were outside and 1 was making video of all this, her name was Lalita Jha who had absconded.
It is being told that Lalit Jha had also run away with the mobile phones of the other accused.
Seeing the vigilance of the police team, Lalita Jha surrendered herself last night on 14th December 2023 at the duty path police station.
Police believe that if he had to surrender then why did he run away? And what did he do in the meantime? Everything is being investigated.
Lalit Jha will be presented in the court today on 15 December 2023.
