Ritesh Penta: Founder and CEO of Netmaxin Group

3 min read

With the sea of digital tools and platforms in the market, Ritesh Penta, a college student residing in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh chose to change direction. He didn’t design another app, but a solution that is functional, and user-friendly that really solves everyday problems.

Ritesh Penta, founder and CEO of Netmaxin Group, is rewriting the rules of how technology serves the people of India—making it smarter, lighter, and deeply aligned with the country’s ambitions.

Ritesh is pursuing his third year at MVGR College of Engineering, specializing in Cyber Security and is determined to be an expert on the subject. Following his colleagues, he understood that a majority of people were using way too many applications to manage their studies. It was cumbersome, unclear, and not student or small enterprise friendly, especially with the limited access to access to internet or storage mechanisms.

It was at that moment that Ritesh was inspired to find a single solution, which would collate everything for users.

Netmaxin: One platform to handle everything you need to do daily.
In July 2024, Netmaxin went into the market as a full-fledged app with a lot of features even with its small size 12 MB. If you are a student preparing papers, a freelance person designing, or a small business manager managing the content, Netmaxin provides all the answers.

Their mandate was to streamline online tools, which are fast and easily accessible to individuals in small towns or those with smartphones of poor quality.

Real Growth, Real Impact
In a record time, Netmaxin crashed past 300 million page views and won the likes of over 1 million active users. What ultimately counts is the stories behind those numbers: Students using it to kick off their professional lives, small businesses building their offline empire online, and creators getting their lives a more convenient bite every day.

Developing tools for India, under the roof of India:
What differentiates Ritesh is that he chose to build Netmaxin from Visakhapatnam instead of directly from a metropolitan city or an international market. He grounded himself in his hometown and introduced an app that’s very Indian created with actual users in mind.

More Than Just an App
Ritesh’s background as a coder and founder is more than an ability to code – he wants to inspire meaningful impact. Netmaxin was launched to propagate support for young people, small enterprises and creative talents in India.

Ritesh Penta is evidence that innovation doesn’t depend on grand premises or prestigious addresses; you just need to have a good idea, a well thought out aim, and enough courage to proceed.
